I've been reading a lot of people saying that Saylor classes are very hit and miss and that some of their tests are trainwrecks. I started the General Chemistry I course a few days ago but before I get too far I want to see if anyone has any experience with this specific course and tell me if I should continue or quit before I've sunk too much into it and find another science course to replace it.
And while I was typing up the thread to ask about the Chemistry class, I thought it might be more useful to the forum as a whole to just start a thread where we can gather data points on all of the Saylor classes to see if they fall into the "hit" or "miss" category.
I read in this thread that the Statistics seems to fall into the "miss" category:

But curious about other courses (especially the aforementioned Chemistry). Because for the ones that fall into the "hit" category, $25 credits are pretty attractive.
Also, does anyone know if there's a resource somewhere where I can find out how Saylor classes transfer in at TESU? I've found links that list the equivalencies for CLEP, DSST and Study.com but not for Saylor/SL/Sophia/etc. Wondering if such a resource exists.

Are those what you were looking for? Those are precisely what I was looking for. Thank you kindly!
And by seeing how Saylor and Sophia phrased the pages on their sites, I was able to do an advanced Google search to find this list for StraighterLine, in case anyone in the future is looking for it:

Thank you for starting this thread I had a similar idea but didn't quite know how to word it.
I haven't done any Saylor courses yet but I have a similar thought process as you. Don't want to spend hours working on a class only to find out the final isn't really doable.
One for the "hit" category: I've read of multiple people passing the POLSC 221: intro to comparative politics with no issues
