That's kind of disappointing, but at least it works in the science requirement.

I think it's a good thing - if you like Chem and want to take a few classes, then this is an easy way to start, and it won't conflict/duplicate other Chem courses.

This would be a good alternative for those who don't want to take the Sophia.org Biology or the Environmental one; It'll hit one of the science requirements for the degree at TESU.

I think that both bjcheung77 and dfrecore make good points regards the transfer of the credit. It allow for more versatility for most people and can lead to some extra credits if you know chem or like it, at the same time fulfills a requirement for most people that don't want to do Bio. It is still a science credit and a chem credit. I'm just looking the bright here, I know I should be more critic, but better than nothing and we still have to see how it is accepted in other institutions.
