Sophia, only 2 courses active at one time

It applies to new registrations only. No more registrations if you have 2 or more current courses. If you currently have 10 you should be able to finish them. I think.

I think that after dropping a course you can re-start it.

Looks like students need to ask Sophia to reopen courses they dropped because it doesn’t look like students can do it on their end.

That's from the alert in Sophia. If you already registered for all the courses you want, don't drop them now.

Ok whats the Deal now, I have several courses in a drop out option what mean that? Im confuse, now we will have to rush to finished as much a you can, But my question is if you have some courses saying Days Left: 0, what will happen after 31 of July.

Pretty sure the ones that say 0 days left you are SOL. If you already have a bunch of active courses you don't have to drop them. You're good.

We want you to be successful in learning your academic subject. If you do not complete your Sophia course in the allotted 60 days, we do grant one extension, not to exceed 30 days, at no additional cost. To qualify for the extension you will need to set weekly learning goals, and agree to an Extension Contract, including weekly Learning Check-ins. You will see a link in your course to request an extension, if you are running out of time. Please contact a Learning Coach at learningcoach@sophia.org with any questions on your course extension.

Everyone couldn't take advantage before July. People are hearing about it every day. I didn't hear about it until mid-June and I started right away. I'm also a full-time plus college student I'm a bit swamped with my courses already. I hope I can get through everything I want to, but don't think it's going to happen with these new changes.

A reason why Sophia is doing this might be because of results that they want to publish. For instance, I started, but did not finish, two courses. I decided not to finish them, and didn't even think of withdrawing. That makes Sophia's numbers look bad if they're trying to encourage folks to take their courses.
