Will do.  Thank you.

But that is the thing.  Study.com has been something different since COVID.  They have been going out by mail.  And COSC is working from home.
Thank you for telling me about Acclaim.  Because I request another transcript from the Study.com website.  And double-check to see if I was missing something and it does not even give the option for electronic copy. In speaking with Charter Oak this past week, the have been sending by US mail.

I requested a transcript last week from SDC to TESU.  It went and was handled by TESU within about 2 days.  I know for a fact that it went by email.  I wonder if the mail is something on Charter's Oaks end?  I know that SDC is taking forever (about 2 weeks) to grade anything or even answer emails in order to send in papers, but they are sending course work to TESU very quickly.

I was told that this is a COSC requirement specifically, TESU wants electronic, COSC wants snail mail.

You may be right.  Because COSC is working from home.    And go in a couple times a week to process transcripts.  Even the email receipt from Study.com confirming my transcript order states that they will mail.
