Is it correct that Straighterlines Student Success transcribes as Special Studies in Selected Topics - FEL-199 at TESU? Can this be used as an elective?

Yes, Puttlesbridge... This will go into the FREE Electives, not general education electives. If you're going for the TESU BALS, you have 27 credits to dump into that FREE electives section. I highly suggest using ALL the FREE credits in the wiki as well...
