I have two questions regarding TECEP exams:

Do I have to be registered in a program (at COSC for example) to send and bank the credits or can I just take the exam(s) and TESC will hold the credits for future transfer (similar to CLEP)?

Has anyone taken a TECEP exam in the Toronto, Hamilton, Buffalo areas? I am located in Toronto and it appears these exams are proctored, I would prefer to take the exams with a proctor that has already worked with TESC.
