Well I am no BALS expert but I think it looks pretty good. At first I added up your credits and only came up to 117, but you have the A & L Clep exam listed as 3 credits but it is 6.
Clep's Passed: Humanites 70, Sociology 60, Psy 74, HG&D 61, EP 64
DSST's Passed: World Religions 480, Vietnam War 67, Environment & Humanity 67, M&B 64, MIS 449, Org Beh. 64, CJ 437, SA 450, USSR 64, CW 66,
Penn Foster: Fin. Man.
Did all the aleks stuff

Good as long as you took the College Composition exam and not the modular version

Anatomy 1 & 2 are both 200 level courses according to the straighterline transfer grid: http://myline.straighterline.com/search/...082&to=160
A and I Lit CLEP-done (6) 200 class
This exam is 6 credits, and you'll leave all six here (explained below).
Tech Writing DSST-done (3) 200 class
Upper level-18

Sub Abuse-DSST-need (3)

Looks good, those should all be upper level as shown at: DANTES
Lib Arts Capstone TESC (3)

Free Electives-27
FEMAS -done(22)
FEMAS-need (5)
TESC has a list of them that are accepted and seems to change them out in some way every few months so you should be okay if you used a list for them, just make sure you aren't taking them just because the FEMA site showed they were worth college credit (you need to use the TESC list to see which ones they take)

Does anyone see any problems? Thank you in advance

[COLOR="#0000FF"]Only one issue in that plan, it doesn't add up to 120 credits. The good news is that the problem resolves itself. Once you make the change for A & I Lit to be six credits it will work. You will end up meeting 120 credits by doing this:
30 credit area of study + the capstone (33 credits) by having 15 200 level courses (lower level courses), and 18 upper level including the capstone.

Your list had 6 100 level, 6 200 level, and 18 upper level but with that A & I Lit change and the Straighterline change you end up with more credits and they are all 200 level so you don't have to worry about the limit on 100 level. Your plan looks good, if you think you can complete the remaining courses in the next year you should go ahead and start the process now, even though the change to general education is in July, you never know if they will change acceptance of different exams or with specific FEMA courses. My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.
