If you didn’t ever use the old ACE system, or if you have a new course to add, then I need to coordinate with the folks at TEEX to get you the right credentials, so that might take a little longer. They are still setting up a request process, but in the meantime we’ll figure out what you need and get your badges to you!"
I updated my Acclaim profile to include the email I has used to register with TEEX, replied to Dr. Cunningham with the info she requested, and got my badges within a day or two.
I was, and remain amazed, because multiple calls and even a certified letter to ACE back in December had produced absolutely zero response.
Good info. I emailed Acclaim and they just told me to talk to the issuer. I'm going to try again for some other stuff that's not on my transcript.

FYI, I was poking around in my account. Went to DASHBOARD > PREFERENCES > USER ACCOUNT > NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES. Under System there are now badge options, and mine were set to "OFF". I switched them to "ON". Perhaps this will make it less of a hassle to get future badges?

Meh  . I completed TEEX's "Secure Software" around 1am. It's 3pm now and I've not received that badge or any email pertaining to it.... so apparently there is not an auto-generated email when you finish a course.

I don't think they're complete? At least, I don't have those options when I log in. On the left side, I have "Dashboard", "My Profile", "Search Catalog", "Course Calendar" and "Logout". On my profile, I have "edit profile", "change password", "change email address" and "manage subscriptions". I went to "manage subscriptions" but it just has an endlessly spinning circle.

Gah! Sorry. I see what I did. Log in, and launch a course. That'll take you to elearning.teex.....
Go to top right (your name) > preferences > user > notification preferences , then scroll down to "System".
Hopefully they'll set it up where, after completing a course, folks will get an email asking them if they want a badge.

Ah ha! Thanks. I turned on the badge notifications, too. Yeah, hopefully, they'll actually mean something soon.
