I would say the graduation eligibility is right. It is new and might have just become affective in July. The other page is older so -probably out of date.

According to the response I received this morning from TESC below, the Graduation Information link is the correct one:

But the response didn't address the discrepancy between the two conflicting links clearly cited in my inquiry. So I have to wonder if it isn't from an outofdate boilerplate response. Anyone else out there who is currently enrolled at TESC know the definitive answer?

I hate ambiguity in things like that and I had the time so I called and got an answer from Academic adviser Andrea. I told her I was going to re-enroll and take my last class starting in August of 2014. She said You can apply before the Oct.1 st deadline and put in that your last grade(s) will be in after Oct 27. If the teacher gets the grades in fast you should make the December graduation. If the teacher takes a month (the longest they are allowed) to get the grades in then you may not get evaluated in time and would have to wait and be in the March graduation. This would be the same for all classes that will end in the month of the application deadline. I hope this helps.

Thank you Linda, and yes it does help as a guideline. I plan to enroll and begin the capstone requirement (the last and only class I'm taking through TESC) no later than the November, 2013 term, in which case I'll apply for before the January 1st, 2014 deadline with the understanding that my last grade will be in after January 26th, 2014, and hopefully I will be evaluated in time for the March, 2014 graduation. If possible, I'll get in for the October, 2013 term.
