Do I need to take Toefl if I am transferring from US university? Applying to TESC

It's all in the title. I am about to apply to TESC and on admission page I see that international students need to have Toefl done. I am transferring from SNHU, so do I still need to take it or is there an exemption? I have emailed TESC in this regard but thought I'd ask here as well. TIA.

When I transferred to TESC, I did not have to take TOEFL. As an international student whose country speaks the English language, I was exempted from taking TOEFL. Also, because I took college level courses in US (Penn Foster College, ACE, etc) I did not need to take TOEFL. In your case, you shouldn't have to take TOEFL especially if you have taken college level English course at SNHU...

Per International Student Policies,

Foreign citizens interested in becoming undergraduate students will be eligible for enrollment if they have, at a minimum, scored 500 on the paper examination, 173 on the computer-based or 79 on the Internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for students living in countries where English is not the native language.
