Interesting - yes, they've added a list of different options from the drop down menu for the "What If" feature.
As an example, You can now see how a BA Liberal Studies with a concentration looks like! Great work TESU!
There are other degree, certs, options to select from as well. They finally updated this option to include more!
For some time now, it just felt weird going into this "What if" and not being able to select the one I wanted to view.

It's great that they've finally added more options to the what-if! Finally being able to see where you stand with various BALS degrees will certainly help people here.

Log in. Go to the student section. Select "Academic Evaluation". You'll have two choices: radio buttons or a dropdown menu. DO NOT click the radio button for the degree(s) you already have on your plan. Choose the degree you want to "what if" from the dropdown menu. View results. The end.

Question. Do you have to actually take the medical terminology tecep before you are considered enrolled. The reason I ask is that registered and paid for the tecep on Tuesday, but I’m still not listed as enrolled. When I go to student Id it says that I’m not enrolled. Also I sent my sdc transcripts. I just received email confirmation from tesu that they received and are reviewing and that as an applicant I get two evals. If I’ve already had two they will hold transcripts until I’m enrolled.
On my first eval (I don’t have the second one back yet )it has the tecep as anticipated credit. So it’s been acknowledged.

Thomas Edison State University considers students enrolled as of the 10th day of a term in which the student enrolls in a TESU credit earning option. The tuition payment covers a period of one year of service.

No, you don't have to actually take it before you are considered enrolled. I do recommend that you do so, though. It doesn't matter if you pass or not but it will help you to get familiar with how the ProctorU system works.
