Community colleges will almost always come in to TESU as lower level. You can ask your advisor.
Those would be lower level credit if it did come in, you still need at least four courses of upper level.
Your options would be the TEEX Cybersecurity courses and the CSU global and DSST on the wikia.

Does anyone know what the TEEEX courses are coming in now? I thought all TEEX courses came in as lower elective also?

Thanks. Does anyone know if the Intro to Computing DSST will duplicate the Computer Concepts & Applications TECEP? Also how has the new 2016 catalog affected the degree requirements? I know the catalog was updated yesterday, but I can't seem to find the new one on their website.

The DSST comes in as COS-101, the TECEP is CIS-107 - non duplicating.

Doesn't look like they updated the info yet, but I would guess that they might not make changes to any degrees this year since they made some major changes to the residency, tuition plans, etc.

I've only taken one TEEX course, Cyber-201, "Cyber Security for IT Professionals", ACE-0251. It's on my TESU transcript for 2cr as CAP-385, "Network Security." Nothing on the evaluation/transcript says upper or lower level, but usually any 300 or 400 level courses count as upper.

If TESU brings it in as a 300 or 400-level course, that does mean that it's UL. It doesn't denote that anywhere on your eval (UL), it's just based on the course number.

Now, if a course is UL or LL at another school, TESU has the option to do whatever they want with it - so they can decide someone else's UL is their LL or vice versa. Usually, they are good about bringing UL in as UL, and they are more generous than most about bringing in some LL as UL.
