TESU Certificate in Cybersecurity
#1
Is the TESU undergraduate certificate in cybersecurity a new thing?  I just noticed it in the academic evaluation options.

dfrecore, does a person have to finish a certificate before graduation? I am going to complete several certificates before March, but this might be an interesting one to add. Can a person just complete the classes and transfer them? And do you know how quickly the 50% in house requirement kicks in following graduation?

I would say that the chances are that I am not going to do this. I just received the welcome email from Cisco for its Cyber Ops certification program and that starts in December. I think that the professional certification is more interesting and valuable. I will also be finishing six economics graduate credits during the winter months. I just finished my 12th and I want to get up to 18 by the spring. It might be fun to do later, but maybe that's piling on.

You know, I was thinking you're piling a bit too much as well, it's already great you've got some certs and the degree together.
BTW, I think we're in the same program! Cohort 5 which officially starts on December 28, 2017 and ends on April 28, 2018.
Haha, I won one of the spaces in that CCNA Cybersecurity program, it's two courses and two exams all in 4 months. Boo yeah!

I believe you have be currently enrolled to get around the 50%, meaning it kicks in as soon as you graduate, or possibly when you apply for graduation or get approved for graduation.
