This is no longer true, when I took my most recent capstone they have started to scale the grades. Others have reported the same.
Here is the scale for the MFT, there was a similar one for the Profile but I don't have the scale handy
150-200 = 100%
130-149 = 85%
120-129 = 75%

That sucks.
I guess they had too many people doing what I did, rushing and not trying to score well.

I'm taking the Capstone now and this is what we were given as far as the ETS profile was concerned:
The ETS PP is graded as follows:
440-500 = 100
410-439 = 85
400-409 = 75
