TESU Pending Graduation and trancript transfer problem

I applied for September Graduation on June 30, under the 2012/2013 catalog. I touched base with advising to add my last 4 courses to my eval as planned and to make sure everything looked good for graduation. No problems were brought up and the courses were added. My enrollment was due to expire July 15, so I'm now showing as INACTIVE. I didn't think this would be a problem since I had applied for graduation. 

I have finished 3 of the 4 courses. The last one I'm still working on is actually a backup UL credit from Davar, that I don't really need, but decided to do in case they kick one of my old UL credits out at audit. I have sent my first transcript from Davar a couple weeks ago and just got an email that they received it but will not add it to my eval transcript because I'm inactive status now. All of the emails I got about graduation said transcripts had to be received before Aug 1st with no mention about enrollment status dates. 

Before I contact TESU, I wanted to ask about any options you all might be aware of and maybe who to talk to. I still have 2 study.com courses waiting on the final grade so I can transfer those. I can't 're-enroll' by taking a class/tecep (that I don't really need), since that would mess up my catalog year, and it's absurd that should be required when you are pending graduation. Students should be at the end of enrollment when they graduate. I thought there was a grace period after the enrollment ended for situations like this.  Whatever I should've done before doesn't matter because here I am in this situation. Is anyone aware of any options I can take to fix this so I can still graduate, under my catalog year?  Any phone numbers or emails of a specific dept I should talk to?  Thank you!

Why would taking a class/TECEP mess up your catalog year? If you are a currently enrolled student, you should be fine. I've never heard of taking a TECEP changing your catalog year.

My enrollment expired July 15, after I applied for graduation so no longer a currently enrolled student. I don't really need or want a TECEP - I just need my last courses added to my transcript and TESU is saying they won't do that because my status is Inactive now.

Great job in getting this far! I noticed you did 27 credits through TECEP too, one of them must have been the Strategic Management Capstone TECEP... great work! You have nothing to worry about, just finish your courses and transfer them over. Email TESU and indicate you have applied for graduation and these are the final courses you need... Thank you so much!  Yes I did take the Strategic Management Capstone right before they removed it! I'm also under the 16cr Residency (using TECEPs) before they ended that. I was hoping it was just a form letter email so I'm relieved that it should all be fine.  It's been a long haul and I am happy to finally be at the end. Thank you bjcheung77 - I don't post often but have followed advice that you've posted on other threads. Thanks!
