TESU Transfer Eval provided, COURSE TRANSLATOR NEEDED!
#1
Hi! I am interested in pursuing the TESU B.A. Psychology (or Communications) degree. I need to do it fast, cheap and easy (like the rest of us!) ! Is there a MASTER OF SORTS on this forum who would be so kind as to plug in the best 'course of action' for me based on my evaluation? Pretty please? Many thanks!!! Smile I transferred my transcripts to TESU and this is the auto-generated Evaluation that I got based on the BA PSYCHOLOGY degree:

Now, about the link above, it's pretty straight forward, the required Psychology courses are listed, you just need to select the UL course options to get 15 UL credits total. There are required courses, you need to pick and select those providers to make up your Psychology major. The bulk of your courses should come from StraighterLine/Study.com or the other ACE/NCCRS providers, your only required courses at TESU are the Cornerstone and Capstone.

You may want to read through post #28 and #31 in my signature. I'll also recommend you to download the templates I have, there are some slight changes to the requirements as I haven't updated them since they've made changes. The General Education requirements are all there, it'll give you an idea of how these courses come in and you can "see where things go". Create your own spreadsheet with the required courses in the previous Link provided above. Ta-da, and you're done!

Oral Communication: Straighterline, TECEP, study.com, DSST, sophia (a course in public speaking, etc.)
Information Literacy: must be taken at TESU!
Ethical Leadership: Same options as public speaking, most courses with the word "ethics" in the title should work, just ask TESU if you really aren't sure
Civic Engagement: Intro to government, I took the CLEP, but anything (StraighterLine, study.com, etc.) in Intro to the government would work.
Psych AOS: use the wiki link others listed just make sure you have 15 credits UL credit (18 UL if you count the capstone which must be taken at TESU)

You should email TESU and have them add the BA in Psychology officially.  You have a course called COMM109 Speech Communication, yet it is not filling the Oral Communication requirement? The 'what if' online tool is not always spot on where your existing credits actually fall - you may have others that they'll move around for the official evaluation.   There is a free credit option for Ethics, you can find it listed on the wiki.
