TESU is officially ACBSP accredited
#21
I see the Excelsior College Business School is an IACBE-accredited business school.

Is one (IACBE or ACBSP) better than the other?
Does anyone in the Business World even care?

IACBE is not widely-known yet, but at least APUS recognizes it now along with AACSB and ACBSP. As someone else mentioned, if your undergraduate degree didn't come from a school with programmatic accreditation, you'll have to complete nine extra credits in their MBA program.

There aren't many jobs where business accreditation matters. I've seen internships in the past that require AACSB accreditation. There are a small number of federal government jobs that require AACSB or ACBSP accreditation. Some states' accountancy boards, such as Utah, New Jersey, and Illinois, give preferential treatment to degrees earned from AACSB and ACBSP-accredited business schools, but not IACBE-accredited business schools.

I can't copy and paste easily on my phone, but was told by the business school that ACBSP accreditation applies to anyone who graduates after April 27, 2017.

Does the accreditation mark show up anywhere on TESU-issued documentation? I received my Degree and Unofficial Transcript, both which do not have any indication of the ACBSP Accreditation.
