Since I already know all of the material, I found that these course were incredibly easy and the most time consuming part was just clicking next. I found that the easiest way to do these courses was just to click next as soon as each page loaded. I only paid attention to the little quizzes but didn't listen to any of the audio or watch any random videos. I thought it as well worth doing for the 10 credits that they're worth. Depending where you're going to school, that saves a significant amount of money!

I'm super curious to know about the forensics courses, if they are the same platform?

The forensics fingerprinting course was tons of fun as was death investigation . While they have a similar format, they appear to be more recently created and thus more engaging and modern. You still have to click through the modules and pass the assessment at the end, but I finished each course in a few hours while I'm still struggling to make it through the Cyber series.

Of the new forensic courses, I’ve only done the TEEX Basic Property Technician course so far. It was basically playing a video game. A boring video game but it was very easy.

Just completed the Foundations of Fingerprint Comparison. It was fairly easy though having one chance to pass the final was a little stressful. I felt like the final fingerprints that I had to compare for the graded final were of lower quality than the prints used during the course. It only took me about 2 hours to complete the course, while watching a movie and eating dinner!

You should email academic advising and ask if the Death Investigation Online course that comes in as an AOJ course will satisfy the BS you're going for. I think it should come in as an elective in the Area Of Study, if so, it's a cheap $75 for 3 Upper Level credits.

I’ve already finished all but one of my AOS electives and all I need to do is take the last final for that AOS elective. I’m going to do the death investigation one anyway as a free or gen ed elective (or maybe a science credit?) since it’s something different. When I reactivate my SDC membership, I’ve got 3/4 finals that I’m ready to take and I’ll sore through the majority of what I’ve got left aside from the TESU specific courses. I’m holding off on those because I’m currently waiting to see if I get one of these positions I’ve applied for that include tuition reimbursement as a benefit. I don’t want to take any student loans and am planning on using whatever grants or scholarships I can get.

I know I’ve got a private message from you but I’ve been out all day and it loads funny on my phone. I really appreciate your help and I can’t believe I’m at 66/120 credits and I’ve only worked on it for two months!
