Gotta love how they make it sound like Trump will be their savior.  I had TikTok but didn’t use it much. I decided to check it out during its last hour and the content it showed me was very Trump focused. The way these people talked like Trump is the savior of the world was insane.  This country is going downhill.  And the influence Trump has is truly baffling.  I can Not think of a single politician who has had so many people believe they can do no wrong while simultaneously being the worst human possible

That's not going to affect people who have YouTube Shorts or another medium they go with that competes with Tiktok... Ban's a Ban, not much you can do, I'm so glad I didn't jump onto any of these social media platforms, unless it's used for educational purposes, most of the videos are crazy for entertainment purposes.

For politicians, being perceived as anti-fun or as restricting free speech is a bad look. The world has changed, and social media has now surpassed traditional legacy media in influence and reach.

CapCut video editing software is also blocked because it is owned by ByteDance, which will impact creators who rely on CapCut for video editing.

I personally use CapCut and even paid for a one-year subscription upfront during Cyber Monday.

If you're heavily invested in Capcut or TikTok, plus whatever else they have banned that are internet based, try using a VPN in Canada, Caribbean, Mexico or somewhere that's fast. I think this may work, probably will be bypassing this ban with a different IP address... Anyone try?
