Trump moves to cancel student loan debt for disabled veterans

Just to add to what you said, the school he attended (Cooley Law School) is a private, not-for-profit. I think that point has relevance as many seem to think not-for-profit somehow means "affordably priced" or "low cost". 

Here's what the article says about his service and the injuries he suffered:

"Milzarski said he led 24 soldiers on 244 combat missions and 43 engagements with the enemy. Five soldiers were killed and one seriously injured. He was awarded a Purple Heart for a ricocheted bullet that hit him in the face during combat in Afghanistan. Among his 18 awards is a Meritorious Service medal."

I've never met anyone who thought that law school was cheap.

Hopefully, the Trump Administration will forget about its plan to get rid of loan forgiveness for public service workers, which would hurt law enforcement, firefighters, corrections officers, and other public safety workers who work for the government.
