I saw Alcorn State University (Mississippi) also offers an MS in Biology online, with very competitive tuition (around $405/credit currently whether in-state or out, possibly cheaper if you pay by semester and do 12 credits instead of nine). The complete application requirements aren't listed online, so I'll be contacting them this week to find out about those and if it's a full-time or part-time program.
