I just completed this course after being told by a TESU advisor on Jan 18, "Study.com's COMM120 course transfers into TESU as COM-290 and DOES count as the Oral Communication requirement." I sure hope it does - it's a decent oral communications class, but with no speeches required.

Yeah it counts as the oral communication requirement. I did both it and public speaking...and they placed it in my oral communication as "presentational speaking"

Yes, I took the course in January after confirming with a TESU advisor. As always, your mileage may vary, but I think this is still accepted. Email advising just to make sure. Although it's an easy elective even if it doesn't.
