There could be exceptions from the policy if there are partnership agreements in place.

They currently only have partnership agreements with provider(s) on their ACE offerings such as Straigtherline, Saylor. They do not accept NCCRS courses unless those courses are also covered by ACE.

I think they had or have a partnership with onlinedegree.com, which is NCCRS only. But you'll have to check that.
Edit: No, no, no, see allvia's post below.

If they do, it's not on WGU's or OLD.com's websites.

They do not - onlinedegree.com does have a WGU info page (they have one for most of the better know schools in state/region, informational only - https://www.onlinedegree.com/colleges/utah/)

Onlinedegree.com does have transfer agreements with a short list of schools (https://www.onlinedegree.com/full-transfer-guide/) - however, those are equivalency agreements that are all with schools that participate in NCCRS.

WGU is not a NCCRS participant school - they do not accept NCCRS credit.  If you are looking for schools that do participate in accepting NCCRS credits that school listing can be located on the NCCRS website - http://www.nationalccrs.org under Cooperating Colleges and Universities.  Currently all of the Big3 do accept NCCRS - WGU is popular here, but it is not one of the Big3.

Maybe they will in the future, but they do not now. I do not want people who are committed to WGU for their degree to be misguided.
