Excelsior accepted all 18 of my Coopersmith UL credits.  Pretty sure TESU does as well.

TESU certainly does accept Coopersmith courses for various degrees. I just couldn't remember if Excelsior also does.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

I'm with nomaduser. CUNY with all that RA credit is what I would be doing...though I'm sure it'd take a lot more looking into.

Not sure how you feel/think about going to a Christian school , but I found here that a place called Sterling College has some of the cheapest online programs around ($145/credit) and have only a few other fees for online students. From what I heard from a friend who went there, they have high-quality classes. It might be academically rigorous. It is uncertain whether they accept much or almost any ACE, but after looking at your RA credits and comparing them to the requirements for a History degree, you could, from that alone, come in at right around $5000 dollars to finish your bachelor's, especially if you take a free CLEP or two from Modern States. Considering that it is a Christian school, you might actually be able to do even a little better if they let you transfer a thing or two from NationsU.
