COSC Concentration in technology

Hello everyone I am looking to take my 70 USF credits, 30 or so CLEP/DSST credits and my MCSE, MCSD and roll those into a degree at either TESC, Excelsior or COSC.

I just found the COSC concentration in technology which sounds perfect except for the capstone which I can live with.

Technology Studies Concentration (Major) at Charter Oak State College

Any experience with this?

I am assuming my MCSE,MCSD, Sun Java Cert and Network+ will transfer even though some of the exams are from 1999.
BSBA CIS from TESC, BA Natural Science/Math from TESC
MBA Applied Computer Science from NCU
Enrolled at NCU in the PhD Applied Computer Science
