I was looking through the Penn Foster courses that can be applied to the Computer Information System area of study for the BSBA CIS. Unless I'm missing something, there are only three courses that still apply (i.e. ACE hasn't expired) ---
PF CSC105 Intro to Programming transcribes as TESC CMP-111 Intro to Programming
PF CSC104 Computer Applications transcribes as TESC CAP-101 Microcomputer Software
PF CSC108 Essential Computer Skills transcribes as TESC CIS-107 Computer Concepts and Applications
One I'm not sure about is PF CSJ255 Computer Based Crime.
According the Credit Recommendation on the Ace website, "It is in the lower-division baccalaureate/associate degree category, 3 semester hours in criminal justice, computer science, or information assurance."
So, is this a course TESC will accept as a CIS course? How would they classify it? I think I've seen that TESC has a catch all category, CIS-299 or something like that.
