I think TESC might be a better choice for you. Do you prefer Excelsior for a particular reason?

I'm thinking that COSC would be the better choice considering that they offer paralegal studies and cybersecurity.

To answer the OP's question, there is a DSST for Fundamentals of Cybersecurity. TEEX offers cybersecurity courses, but I don't know how they transcribe at COSC and if they duplicate the DSST. For one of COSC's requirements, the TECEP for Networking Technology might work. This is not a test-friendly degree at any school. Most CBEs are in business and general education subjects (humanities, math, science, social science).

I thought about COSC too, but I think COSC and EC won't take English Comp I if it's taken after English Comp II (TESC will accept it). With that, and the lab science requirement, and the fact that none of the schools will accept the legal credits as upper level since they are from a CC, I guess I defaulted back to TESC.

I don't think having to take a lab science is that bad considering that the paralegal credits will still count toward the concentration at COSC even if more UL credits will be needed. They will just be free electives at TESC. If the OP is fine with a generic degree like liberal studies, then TESC might be better. The BSBA will waste a ton of credits.

Nope, I am looking for the best college with the best credit transfer policy and non-traditional credit policy.

Which is more of a priority for you: using as many already-earned credits as possible, or a specific major?

After looking at various majors at TESC, COSC, and EC, the one that I found that uses the most of your credits and is easily completed by testing options is through Excelsior. It is a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts with depths in Psychology (D1) and Legal Studies (D2). See what you think.
