Any Expert here, 

I have done 12 from home country and Level 4,5,6 and 7 Diploma from Qualifi. 

Now, if I evaluate all these Diploma for IRCC, what result will be there? A year Diploma? Bachelor Degree or Two or More certificate?

Any shortest TOP UP MBA Suggestions?

Anyways, I am still a bit confused on what you're trying to do, what "12" level 4,5,6,7 Qualifi diploma and what country? What are you trying to do with IRCC?
