I live in an area with no reasonable high-speed internet choices, so I use the hotspot on my cell phone. It was my understanding that you basically record your test taking, then upload that package. It probably would time out, or I'd have to drive into town and use McDonald's wifi. Is this incorrect?
There are quizzes in the study materials. There are a couple of people reporting that they didn't get the recommend textbook and only read the slides.

I just took Information Literacy. No quizzes in my materials. A syllabus, a study guide and nothing else. I downloaded the required book and read it.
I now have a few reasons why I don't like RPNow. lol
I can say without derailing the thread, you can take it from a poor internet connection (Better than dialup, anyway).
I don't like the idea of taking up to three days to process my score, but I don't know if that's an artifact of the RPNow process or the DAVAR process.

I won't clutter the thread, but I'll say overall it wasn't an unpleasant experience. Nothing in my set of test questions came from the text book.

I had registered (signed up) for a Davar Academy account previously and went to PayPal through their (Davar) site's link today and made my $99 payment. Right after I did this I realized that my registered Davar email is different than the one I use for my Paypal -duh! I immediately logged into Davar and changed it to match my Paypal email address. Less than an hour later I received and email from Davar that they have updated my account "We are happy to let you know that your account has been activated for unlimited exams during June. You should now see that there is no charge in the price column for all exams in your user account." - I will now go back and change my contact email for Davar to the original (to match the one I use with TESU)
Lesson Learned - Make sure your Davar email matches your Paypal email - even if temporarily - to expedite them removing the course fees (making them all "FREE" for the month)
