And I'm back with more feedback, not all good. 8 tests in two days will do that to you.
The study guides can be contradictory (there is one in either Fin 301 or Fin 310 that have 2 slides one right after another that say the exact same thing).
The guides for the more complex stuff (Finance) do not cover everything but almost everything. If you don't have a working knowledge of how finance and
international finance works, these may be hard. E.g. if things like Bretton Woods, Nixon taking us off the gold standard, future contracts, capital markets sound like names of bad alt-rock bands, these will not be easy courses.
If you read the financial news/have lived overseas/run a business or a department, then these should be ok with review of the study guides.

I was blowing through the Study.com Principles of Finance and decided to take it at Davar because of the pricepoint. Well, DAVAR Principles of Finance is nothing at all like the course at Study.com. I read through the slides and took the test but I have to say it was more macro focused than Study's micro focused alternative. There was about 10 essay questions. I agree with what was stated below.

I just finished COM 101/Public Speaking. The test was pretty easy, provided you are okay with answering ten essay questions. The powerpoint is only 62 slides long, so this is significantly less material than other Davar classes. I have seen some slideshows in the 120 slide and 82 slide range. As I read through the slideshow I was kind of asking myself how they were going to get 60 questions out of this. Well, I was right because I think that I had four or five duplicate questions on the exam. Haha. Also, there always seems to be one incorrectly formatted question on each of these exams. I had one tonight where one of the multiple choice answers was the number 0. Last night I had one choice that was a copy/paste of the question. So, maybe not quite ready for primetime, but I am still enjoying the whole thing. COM 101 does also require a speech, so I will probably record that in the next day or so.

Yeah davar needs to do some proofreading on their exams. I had one questions where it was exactly like this:

E D
Why would you give me an option to choose E as D? When if that was the correct answer I would have selected D itself and not E? Really weird.

Is it true that Organizational Behavior won't fit into the BSBA Business core? And I don't think Advanced Strategic Mgmt does either.
