I have Ad-Blocker, so I don't see any ads. When I did see ads, they were often from Bellevue and Penn Foster. Sometimes, I would see APUS. It all depends on which websites you're visiting.

SNHU (Southern New Hampshire University) was the worst, I received about 5-7 emails weekly, along with continuous phones calls.
