This program is so new that it's impossible to know. I believe vet tec counts as a variation of the GI Bill so I don't think you can double dip at the same time.  If you do use online classes then your bah will be 1/2 of the national average. Last I checked that was around ~$800/month. 

Maybe do one, then the other.

Also, they just recently added a few programs at Galvanize in Seattle. They look interesting.
