RE: Career Path Question - Heartstrings - 08-23-2025 There are some jobs that have a higher entry level pay than others. It seems like nurses get paid well but it is a lot of work. I remember IT/CS/engineering where jobs that paid well but is seems like there is an oversaturation in the field. I think there is an oversaturation in all fields to be honest. I am a licensed professional with over 20 years experience, two master's degrees, and PhD-ABD. I haven't applied for a job in 5 years, I don't need too and I get call from a staffing agency to call them back immediately because they have a janitorial job for me at a private school. They called me 5 years later. Crazy out there. |
