How much did it cost you?  UofPeople is your best bet right now for getting the degree, either Business or Computer Science.  UMPI would be a great second option if you can finish in 1 session.  You have 138 ACE credits, none of them are general education...
About the Coursera certs, I started them on and off back in 2022. I applied for a financial aid for each course for the first 3, then stopped. Later, I got a promo for $1/month for 3 months and knocked out a few more since I already knew the stuff because I worked as a self taught software developer. After that, I got a $139/year deal (they had this deal for some countries I think). All in, I spent about $142 total.
You're right about the gen ed credits. I was hoping the certs would cover some, but I was wrong. I guess for gen ed Saylor would be best bet.
UMPI would be great, but I'm worried my high school diploma will be an issue. Plus, I'd have to take English proficiency test, and even the cheapest option Duolingo one is around $70.
So I'm lost about what to do at the moment!

UoPeople required English test too. If you are on a shoestring budget, also take transfer fees into account. Sophia is $79 for first month with discount, but transfers up to 20 are free I believe. Saylor only $5 per tutor and course, but not so sure about free transfers, you will have to check with UoPeople, the transfers are I think only from partner institutions, whether Saylor is one, otherwise it is $17 per course. Also UoPeople occasionally have free transfer month, that is another option if you can manage to transfer in that time window.

Yes, your best options to complete the max of 90 credit transfers from Coursera, Saylor.org, Sophia.org, Study.com, etc and decide on which UofPeople degree fits your goal most, Business vs Computer Science... If you want, you can do another degree at UMPI later in the second subject of your choice. Yes, but I read on reddit that some people got accepted with EFSET (free) English Test results to UoPeople. 20 transfers are free at the moment, and for the rest there is an option to apply for a scholarship, I don't think that's the case for other universities.
