That school is smoking crack.
I would just look around and if there isnt any contact the testing company and just complain how you will not continue to take these tests if they dont start finding other locations to proctor these exams.
I have one school by me that charges 30 for the exam. I went 5 miles down and it was 10.
So shop around...
