I took CIS 315 today. That's Management Information Systems. I feel reasonably good about my chances of passing. I think that the exam is of moderate difficulty. I wanted to get this exam in today, so I kind of skipped memorizing the lists from the powerpoint and I think that was a mistake because there were three or four questions, including essays which made memorization of the lists necessary. One in particular asked for a nine part answer from one of the lists with two examples for each. Monster question. My guess is that I'll end up in the low to mid 70s. Cross my fingers. I believe that this meets one of the BSBA requirements.

I just took ENG-103 Information Literacy after reviewing most of the free material. I felt the multiple choice questions where okay but the essay questions have me a little concerned. I just don't really know what they are looking for yet.

I just finished the MAN 330/International Management exam. I consider it to be one of the easier Davar exams. There are not really any lists that need to be memorized. The exam is true to the powerpoint. Also, one aspect of these Davar exams that is very important is the number of possible answer choices. This exam only gives four possible answers. The exam I yesterday afternoon gave five possible choices. This greatly impacts the ability of a test-taker to pass an exam. I tend to score in the 60s and 70s on test-out exams. I usually study to gain the extra ten points that often take a 60s score and make it a passing 70. This is also why I like the Davar exams because I can usually score about a grade higher on essays. The extra choice, however, makes it significantly less likely that a guess will be correct. So I will start putting this info. in my reviews.

Also, one more general point. I have had some RPNow proctor freeze-ups the past few nights. It is very annoying. I can't click into the essay box to type more text. So I have to X out the exam and go through the driver's license and room check again. Fortunately, Davar is very good at allowing exams to resume after a break. I have been able to finish all of my exams after stoppages. That said, I have had a couple of times when I have written long essay responses that were unsaved at the time of freeze up. So, I would suggest clicking the save and forward button after writing any longer paragraphs. You can always click back to the saved texts. If you don't do this and the exam freezes up, the work will be lost after restarting the exam.

Thanks guys after posting here I figured it out and went and took the test Kinda wish I hadn't 😂 I took Pos101 American Government I'm pretty sure I failed the essay question threw me for a loop. I'm sure I knew the answers but I couldn't clear the fog.

Okay just got my score back from Information Literacy and I received a 67. The multiple choice was not an issue but the essay questions seemed a little more difficult to me. I recommend thinking about primary and secondary sources, and how they differ, and the positives and negatives of each one. I will retake this one in July, and will now move on the the more easier ones.

To throw in my results for Info Lit, I scanned the materials and then took the exam. I had this course many years ago at Penn Foster previously as well.
ENG 103 Mult Choice 76.7%
ENG 103 Essay 92.5%
I did Ok, on the multiple choice, and quite well in the essay section. Overall my score was 83%
