The quizzes seem to contain a lot not covered in the slides (at least from the courses I've looked at) so it would be good to know where best to focus efforts. DAVAR June - Unlimited exams $99 - nnahh - 06-11-2017 I took International Management Friday night and barely passed with literally a 70 lol. I only briefly studied for maybe an hour which in hindsight doesn't work for me since I blanked a few times and didn't answer one essay question at all. Test did in fact match up well to the slides. Pretty much everything from the slides was touched on and I recognized 2-3 questions that came directly from the quiz. I feel like at least going over the quizzes was necessary (at least in this course) to give a better idea of the details and particulars covered on the test because while the slides good, they are brief. My test bank had a lot of questions on the negotiations process and global structures/ approaches/ staffing. DAVAR June - Unlimited exams $99 - eriehiker - 06-11-2017 Whoo Hoo! 70% on Management Information Systems/CIS 315. I was worried about this one. I thought I would be in the low to mid-70s, but I figured that there was a 40% chance that I would fail. This one definitely requires some additional studying, most especially the lists. I also took MAN 390/Management Communication. This one was easy. The exam followed the powerpoint. I didn't study any lists. Most importantly, MAN 390 is a four choice multiple choice test, so it is much easier to pass than the five choice tests like CIS 315. DAVAR June - Unlimited exams $99 - Motivated2move - 06-11-2017 Failed the CIS -101 with a 68%. The questions weren't hard but the short answer section has to be the EXACT word-for-word with correct spelling or no credit. The questions are worth 4 x the others and I obviously thought a human would be reading them so I used more than one word and a symbol. Score was instant after submitting. Passed Microeconomics with an 80%. If you finished macroeconomics and/or accounting, you will probably breeze through this one. Scored 67%. DAVAR June - Unlimited exams $99 - varJosh - 06-11-2017 I have emailed Davar asking for feedback concerning the same situation, but I haven't yet received a reply. Had I known the essay question required word-for-word answers, I would have memorized them for those credits. DAVAR June - Unlimited exams $99 - eriehiker - 06-11-2017 I just finished the MAN-401/Advanced Strategic Management test. This is kind of ironic considering I spent most of last month studying for the TECEP on the same subject. The Davar web site suggests that this will transfer into TESU as BUS-480, Seminar in Business, so I took this test, too. It is not too bad. It follows the same format as most of the other Davar exams. 60 multiple choice questions and ten essay questions. As usual, this exam closely follows the powerpoint presentation. I didn't find the test to be that difficult. The essays were pretty straightforward. The biggest fact to consider is that there are five options for each multiple choice question on this test. This makes it more difficult than the four-option multiple choice tests that lead up to this one in the sequence of Davar management courses. MAN-330 and MAN-390 are four option tests. This one is five. Go figure. DAVAR June - Unlimited exams $99 - gator9595 - 06-12-2017 Is anyone going to try the Davar Statistics course? I was wondering if the format was just definitional type questions. If so this could be a good option for those who need the credit but may have trouble understanding how to compute the problems. DAVAR June - Unlimited exams $99 - ECH90 - 06-12-2017 Just heard back from Davar on my Pos110 I passed with a 72 idk how I was sure I had failed!!! |
