I don't have my Bachelors yet and am not a Senior NCO yet, but this could be a great program to loook into down the road.My (use to be called SMART) joint service transcript is broken down in sections. Each rank gave credit for certain things that you supposedly learned to get to the next rank. My rate (what Navy calls jobs) was broken down by classes to get that job. Then C school (or in my case nuclear power school) was broken down by classes and training. There is a section for CLEPs and DANTES taken while in. And so on. My guess, if they are claiming “this rate or higher” for an organizational leadership degree, without regard to Rate/MOS, or branch, is that they are basing it entirely off of the training to get to those ranks. |
