Answer this question, what are you trying to do? An AA first then a BA? What is your goal? Easy credits for the AA or used towards the BA?
The Pierpont degree was recommended to you, get that done FIRST, you need up to 12 RA and the rest can be ACE options.

After taking an “appreciation” course at a couple of different community colleges, those are the worst classes I’ve ever taken. Every one of those classes has been taught by a teacher who loads up WAY too much work for the class level. Work load in mind, I’ve taken full load, half semesters, so effectively double the work and had less work than a single appreciation course, full semester.

-In the arts, take an intro hands on course. Painting, pottery, etc. There will be some work with it, but it’ll be fun if you do the right one.
-I’ve never seen an intro to business, or entrepreneurship class that is that tough.
-Most schools have a counseling (or whatever that school calls it) course that is literally “tell me that you understand that this isn’t high school” that will fit the lifelong learning or some other criteria. THIS WILL BE YOUR ABSOLUTE EASIEST. My 14 year old is laughing at the one she’s in.
-Our CC has a walking class under PE, where you track your distance and speed through an app and submit the screenshot.
Beyond that, it really is a “look at what you need, think about what you’re good at, and make sure to check rate my professor when picking your exact course.”

I already have over 30 RA credits.
So,
going to Sophia.org is the best, fastest, and cheapest way to complete the AAS,
is what I was advised.
What is a couple courses that I can finish fast at Sophia?

Have you written up a plan for Pierpont? You already have courses and we have no idea what they are or what you need at Pierpont. Do you have the courses and plan listed in another thread?

Without knowing what classes you already have, so trying to hit requirements all with Sophia, I’d recommend these to get started. They were all pretty quick, compared to others. If you have something that fills the same criteria already, or overlaps, swap it out.
-Intro to IT 3cr
-Environmental Science 3cr
-U.S. History 1 3cr
-English Comp 1 (took a while, but less than 2, so comparatively quick) 3cr
-intro to college math 3cr
-intro to web developement 3cr
-Greek philosophers 3cr
-art history 1 3cr
There’s 21 credits worth of courses that I, or my daughter have taken that weren’t that bad. Some of them were really fast. By that point you’ll be able to figure out the rest. I left out anything under 3 credits, but if they accept foundations of statistics (2cr), you could do that one and either essentials of managing conflict or developing effective teams to add up to 3cr’s quickly.
Honestly the BEST thing to do would be to apply, have them evaluate your current transcripts, then ask Nancy what requirements you still have, and knock out whatever they are and then just go after anything that looks fast to you (usually courses without touchstones) for your free electives. The second best is to list out what you already have here, so these guys can give you a better guess.
If it were me, and I had 30 credits already, I’d pick an end goal Bachelors, apply (if you want to go with UMPI, list it out here instead of applying there, because it’s been reported that you want to transfer everything in at once), see what you need, then hit Sophia hard to fill in those gaps. That’ll give you the 30 credits you need for Pierpont, and set you up to decide if you want to go further with the Bachelors.
