Update: Validential de-certified it. They have determined that the school is unaccredited.
I wonder if someone from this forum reached out to them or something. Crazy, I've never heard of an evaluation agency following up with a de-certification.

Something to do with posts on this forum? It's hard for me to imagine a competent evaluator making such a "mistake" though. Who do they hire as their evaluators? Random individuals from the street? Do they receive any form of training? When it comes to U.S. accredited institutions, you essentially look up two databases; U.S. Department of Education Database of Accredited Postsecondary Institutions and Programs and the CHEA directory. ACLAS isn't there. That's all that was required for a Canadian evaluation of U.S. credentials. You can train someone to spot accredited American institutions in a matter of minutes. Of course, there are more complex issues in a degree evaluation. But how can you get the basics wrong?

When I hear Validential, it just gets on my nerves :-) But no, not to an extent where I would actually do this sort of thing. If someone wants to use their half-brained evaluation statements, I am not going to interfere.

Wow. Seeing Validential grant a positive evaluation only to de-certify the result makes me want to avoid them at all costs because they are obviously not taking their time to do their research as they are trying to do the within 24-hour guaranteed result. I set up an account with them to evaluate ENEB for my MBA degree but never submitted my credentials or payment. Part of me believes I may not even need to get an evaluation under any circumstance for my ENEB degrees but if I do, I will likely use IEE since they are the best at answering questions out of all of foreign credential evaluators I've contacted. Not to mention, graduate credits awarded as a graduate certificate from an accredited institution has been the best result from a NACES evaluator thus far for ENEB if using them at the graduate level. ECE is best for Bachelor degree completion.
I don't think Validential has a team of evaluators because from what I have gathered from all of the Validential results we've seen on this forum, it is the same evaluator, Diana Bacani, listed on each evaluation.

Validential has a small team, their CEO actually posted on this board after reviewing our thread. I think that's the reason they de-certified the previous evaluation, they are trying to keep up with standards at least, or probably wanting to improve on their current standards. In any case, ACLAS has very little utility as it is. ENEB or similar options would be better for the price point...

Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Achieves QAHE accreditation. "The accreditation process conducted by QAHE included a comprehensive evaluation of ACLAS's academic offerings, faculty qualifications, student support services, and institutional governance."

What are those faculty qualifications? Did they only share them with QAHE? :-)
Personally, I don't care if a college/university receives QAHE accreditation. There are some universities that have QAHE accreditation and also possess real accreditation in their country. The vast majority do not. ACLAS still does not. It's the government-recognized accreditation that really counts. QAHE or ASIC is all about branding, nothing serious that would have consequences in credential evaluation and recognition.

This school is offering a complete MBA for $89 and a complete DBA for $199. Not bad if you are someone who has the spare cash and wants to get a feel for either degree.

It looks like they have a partnership with IEE for evaluation but from what I see in the previous post they are not evaluating these degrees.

Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences has partnered up with two organisations to proceed the education verification, including Qualification Check and IEE. Students can select either one based on your preference to proceed the education verification report.
Please note that verification payments will need to be completed on your own.
By the way, they got a spelling error organisations rather than organizations lol

For a quick intro to MBA, there are several freebies such as the Saylor.org MBA, I wouldn't really even invest that $89 on this institution. DBA at $199 won't be evaluated as graduate credit, even the ENEB option would at least be evaluated at grad credit for a similar price point.
