Alek - jmmjr78 - 09-22-2010 Anyone that has used Alek, mainly for college algebra. How long did it take you to complete the course? Alek - KyleH - 09-22-2010 College Algebra w/ Trig took me 1 day to complete. I had recently finished high school pre-calculus and still has math fresh in my mind, however. And it was one of the more grueling days of my life. Alek - rickyjo - 09-22-2010 On the other hand it took me a few weeks of constant work. It really depends on how you learn and how much you know, but I think you'll find it's less time than taking an actual class. Alek - KyleH - 09-22-2010 :iagree: Definitely faster. Alek - rmroberts - 09-22-2010 I didn't do college algebra, but I did Intro to Stats and Intermediate Algebra and they took me 40 hours and 1 hour respectively. I was fresh out of high school too. So I'm sure that helped. Alek - jmmjr78 - 09-23-2010 just curious. I am at 20% with 8 hours. I was always in honors math however that was 15 years ago. Alek - ZsaZsa - 09-23-2010 ![]() |
