I just wanted to throw out my degree plan for review. I haven't yet met with an advisor, so this is just what I've come up with on my own. I took al of the "normal" courses at my local community college. See what you think...

Your plan looks good with just a couple of minor issues.
1) You need a full year of English. You may get away with using the DSST Technical Writing as a semester of English since it counts as ENG-201 on my TESC transcript.
2) You can only have 6 100 level credits in the Liberal Studies major. I see you have 9 Humanities credits at the 200 level in your free electives (Technical Writing/A&I) so they will probably just swap one of those for American Government and then you will be fine.
3) You need 18 300+ level credits, I only count 12. Be aware that TESC only counts Ethics in America as a 200 level course.
Other than those few things I think you have a solid and well thought out plan.

Since you're planning to take intro psych and educational psych, you may as well throw in human growth and development. There is a lot of overlap between the three. Also, are you aware of the possibility of using FEMAs for free electives? If not, do a search.
