Riddle me this. - dirtybob - 10-24-2010 Hello everyone I thought I would post an introduction along with a few newby questions. When I first heard about "testing out" a college degree I freaked out. I knew when I read up a bit on the proceedure that I would be taking this rout over a brick and mortor school. At 14 I got my GED and went to two diffrent comunity colleges here in Washington state and was offered a few scholorships along the way but passed on further school due to family matters and the fact that I could think of any reason to get a degree when all I wanted to do was build and sell custom furnature. Fast forward 18 years and I'm looking to get my very own shiny BA(in anything really) to hang on my wall. More for myself really. To me it's a slap in the face to everyone who made fun of me in school for being stupid growing up. Having a near photographic memory coupled with dislexia isn't fun. Good times. Enough of my sob storey here are a few assumtions I've made by reading these forums. Please correct any misconceptions I may have. 1. Pick a major 2. Pick one of the big three 3. Double check the tests I plan to take are accept by chosen school 4. Pay people money and test like a man on fire 5. Pay the school I chose more money to tally up old and new credits earned 6. Marticate 7. Profits? Thanks in advance for reading and please excuse my poor grammer and spelling. Not only am I posting from my phone but there is the whole wonky brain thing too. As you are learning by now in life, your strengths can sometimes be your biggest weakness and vice versa. Riddle me this. - Maniac Craniac - 10-24-2010 Well, number one and number two might have to be reversed. The degrees offered by COSC and EC aren't all the same, so you need to see if the school offers what you want. TESC, however, seems to offer every degree known to man :willynilly: :willynilly: :willynilly: Riddle me this. - dirtybob - 10-25-2010 Thanks for the kind words guys.
