A&I Literature? - ukball01 - 02-19-2011 I was wanting to sign up to use the flash cards for the A&I Literature CLEP, but didn't see it on the list for courses offered? Does anyone know if this site offers this course? A&I Literature? - ShotoJuku - 02-19-2011 Sorry there are no flashcards for A&I Lit; you may want to try the REA book. A&I Literature? - clep3705 - 02-19-2011 Many of us have passed CLEP Analyzing and Interpreting Literature without any preparation whatsoever. Search to find out what others have done to pass. A&I Literature? - MA2 - 02-19-2011 What would flashcards teach you anyway? They can't analyze every piece of literature for you ![]() Just learn some basic English terms like metaphor, allegory, etc and take it.. that's what I did and I scored a 68. But watch the clock! This is the only test I've ever taken where I've needed EVERY minute available. A&I Literature? - burbuja0512 - 02-19-2011 There is a Peterson's test available. As MA2 mentioned, go over a few literary terms. Then, take a Peterson's or two. If you score well on the Peterson's, don't waste any more time. Get to the testing center pronto. Unless reading/English are a serious weak point for you, I think you'll be ok. The practice tests would let you know what to expect and whether you're ready, though my guess is, you probably are.. A&I Literature? - mflr10 - 02-21-2011 They put the scores in Peterson in %. So what is a good % Peterson score? A&I Literature? - mflr10 - 02-21-2011 I had a brain fart about the score. They have the score above the percentage. So I am guessing anything above a 50 is good?!?!? A&I Literature? - MA2 - 02-21-2011 If I recall I scored about a 60% on the Peterson's exams... and I got a 68 on the real test, which I believe equates to an "A." So I would imagine getting half right is good enough... but study those literary terms and you might get a few more right. Also, in my opinion, the Petersons practice tests were harder than the real one. |
