Associate Arts/Liberal/General Study - TESC - kester22 - 03-06-2011 I am working on this degree plan. I have 12 credits from science classes with labs. Can I use the actual class credit (3 classes x 3 credits = 9 credits) for the General Education requirement of 9 required and use the lab portion of each class (1 credit x 3 classes = 3 left over credits) to fulfill another science requirement under Natural Math and Sciences. Here everything I have that would fall under Math & Sciences College Algebra - 3 credits Chemistry + Lab - 4 credits A & P I + Lab = 4 credits A & P II + Lab = 4 credits Plan on taking DSST intro to computing for the other requirement. Will this work? Associate Arts/Liberal/General Study - TESC - CLEP101 - 03-06-2011 kester22 Wrote:I am working on this degree plan. I have 12 credits from science classes with labs. Don't worry, TESC will allocate them somehow in your degree plan kinda like what they did with me. For my BA, I had 14 SH in the Humanities area instead of 12, and only had to do 16 in the General Ed instead of 18 SH. So they will probably put for the Math/Natural Science (9 SH required): 3 SH College Algebra 3 SH Intro Intro to Comp 4 SH A & P I , or 4 SH Chemistry Total: 10 SH And you'll have 8 SH to do in the General Ed requirement. 4 SH Chemistry 4 SH A & P II Total: 8 SH |
