can i ask excelsior to remove some of my credits and replace them with other ones after official evaluation????

When you matriculate (complete the application, have your evaluation back, pay the fees for the year, etc) you should have one month to write to your advisor. Email is just as good. You can request that any courses/grades you want removed from your transcript are removed.
I did this and it was just a case of sending the email. The advisors are pretty on the ball.
