online coiurses available on smart phones. This
Includes lectures. WGU offers a flat tuition
Per semester regardless of ho many credits
You work toward. Perhaps the big 3 are getting
competion.

WGU has been competition for the big 3 for a long time, but I think the competency unit vs credit hours is a problem for many. WGU did win some distance learning awards recently.

WGU doesn't have credits, it's a different system but still completely accredited. I was looking at them a while ago, but decided to stick with EC since I was already half-way through.
