Hi Everyone,
I'm considering WGU for a nursing program, but I'm also looking into the future if I may want to continue on to get a master's.
Since they do "not award degrees based on credit hours," but by demonstrating one's skills, knowledge, etc. and they award "competency units"... my question is: How would this transfer to another school?
I'm sorry if this has been asked, but I did look; I promise.
What am I missing, because to me it seems like it wouldn't be possible to transfer "competency units."

For those schools looking for a RA BS/BA, you'd be fine. For those looking for 120 RA credit hours, you may be in trouble. Is their BSN accredited by the appropriate professional body?

Thanks for replying.
It says the RN to BSN is Accredited by CCNE, but I'm not sure if that includes the BSN (Prelicensure) program. I've sent them a message! Thanks for asking!!!:eek: I guess I assumed the Prelicensure program was included in that accreditation... but one never knows!
