I don't know about DSST but I don't think the CLEP does.

It completely depends on the school. Best to assume it will not fulfill the laboratory science requirement until your completed degree proves otherwise.

The Bio Clep satisfies the lab requirement at my college because it's weighted more heavily. For example if I pass the Bio Clep I get 6 credits instead of the regular 3 credits and most bio classes are only four credits. Hope that makes sense.
