InstantCert and Facebook - keithk - 08-18-2011

I was thinking about this today. Why not let users link to their FB accounts as they enter their test results in IC?

The generated post could state something like (underlined words would be filled out with the data entered by users when they put their test results in IC):

"Keith earned 3 college credits today after testing out out of US History I with a 70 out of 80. Keith saved $500 by testing out of the class after he studied for 14 days and used InstantCert flashcards to help.

Keith has earned 9 college credits so far by taking 3 exams and saved a total of $1500!

How many credits did YOU earn today? Visit InstantCert.com to start saving time and money."

It would be a good way to spread the word and might even help with motivation by keeping friends and family in the loop. Nothing quite like being openly accountable to keep oneself on the right path and it's always fun to post after a passed test. Anyway, just a thought. Smile

I think that is a great idea!! If it's possible, that would be so cool! It would definitely spread the word about CLEP and also instantcert. Smile

I like the idea and I have shared my IC info with some people, but probably wouldn't post on FB. I just didn't really want a lot of people to know that at my career level I was still working on the undergrad Smile Luckily not a problem that I have any more! MBA here we come!!!

Is there an IC page? I would definitely "like" it, but maybe only participate to update what my kids are doing. You better believe that I will be proud to post when DS does his next test!
